All our rooms are equipped with TV and freeview digibox, radio alarm clock, hairdryer
and toiletteries. Each room has individual controls for the central heating, a comfortable bed and a generous hospitality tray comprising of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits. There is a bottle of water and chocolates on arrival. An iron and ironing board are available on the first floor landing and we have a number of fans and mini-fridges available for hire Smoking is allowed in some of our rooms
please advise on booking. Small/medium sized dogs are welcome
for a supplement of £3 per night.
As a double this is a large room with a sofa, table and chairs. As a twin or family
room the sofa folds out to become a 4' bed. The room also comprises an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Room 4 - Single/Small Double - First Floor This room has a 4' bed and provides a cheaper option for 2 adults. There is
a private shower room just along the corridor with toilet and wash basin as well as a seperate wash basin in the bedroom.
A bathrobe is also provided in this room.

Room 6 - Double/Family3 - Second Floor As a double this is a large, bright room with a table and chairs facing a picture
window over looking Victoria Park. The bedroom can also be converted to a family room with the fold out bed provided. This
room also comprises an en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.

In certain circumstances an extension can be arranged at a cost of £5 per hour or part thereof, please advise asap if this is required. We
are more than happy to hold your luggage if you arrive earlier or have a later train/coach on day of departure. CANCELLATION POLICY We highly recommend taking out holiday insurance A non refundable deposit equivalent to one nights stay is required to secure your booking. In the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply: 3-7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the booking will be charged but if we are able to re-let the room this may be waived at our discretion. Less than 3 days prior to arrival the full cost of the booking will be charged but if we are able to re-let the room this may be waived at our discretion. |
